Eye Movement Optimization (1/22/97)

	This exercise is designed to help you increase the number of characters your eyes take in at each eye stop as described in the MetaLearning Handbook. To begin, just click the 'View Next Number' button while watching the white box to its right. Take a mental snapshot of the number and enter it in the box below. Click the 'Compare' button when you think you've got it right. You can increase the number size and shorten the time the number is displayed using the 'Number Size' and 'Flash Speed' selections.

This page requires a browser that can run VB Script such as IE 3.0 and you must be using the latest version (2.0) of VB Script which you can download from Microsoft's website.
