Nourish your trillions of cells with fresh vegetable and fruit juices.

The key to weight loss.
Eating fruit on an empty stomach allows it to digest very rapidly (15 minutes or less). In general eat only one fruit at a time. Apples are the only fruit that can be combined with vegetables such as carrots. These rules are especially important with melons.
Become nutrient wise.
Time your sleeping to correspond with 90 minute sleep cycles. Either 4.5, 6 or 7.5 hours. Having an alarm clock wake you up in the middle of a sleep cycle can disrupt your whole day.
